21st {twenty-first}

First of all, let me get something straight: today, the 14th day of August year 2012, I am celebrating my 21st Birthday, Yay!. I can't believe it's one year ago since i had my 20th. time really flies. Anyways, I don't know what's gonna happen today but I can feel that it'll be an awesome day (yes, puh-lease). I have plans today but not birthday plans (I actually don't have plans for my birthday). First thing,  I'll be heading out to do something really important and at the afternoon I'll be going to the University which i graduated from to get my transcript of records and meet some college friends. So definitely it's going to be a busy birthday ahead.

Looking back from my last year's birthday, it was full of unexpected things. Of course I enjoyed and had so much fun. Well every year, there's always something unique happens on my birthday. so today, I am expecting something new. Something that will make me so happy and so blessed. 

But most of all, I give much Thanks to my Heavenly Father for giving me another year to experience His goodness and faithfulness in my life. 

 that's all for now.

hello my friend, it's been such a loooong time since we saw each other,  but that reason is not enough to forget a special friend like you. i still remember how we started as friends since 2nd year high school and until now i still treasure that. Again, thanks for being a true friend to me since then. you know you're my High School Best friend.

so today, as you celebrate your special day even if I'm not there to celebrate with you, i wish all the best and happiness. May you have loads of fun, bunch of heartfelt gifts, hundred laughs, and many more blessings.

G-orgeous? at 21?

hi girl, can't believe you're 21 now. wow! haha. but dont cha worry, age doesn't matter. :D

kidding aside, i just wanna let you know that i'm really glad that we became friends. even in short period of time, i got a chance to know you deeply. 

we've been in many hardships but the good thing is we survived it all. let's continue believing that God will help us through. remember our "motto" no pain no gain!!!

twenteen.

08.14.11. surprise celebration at Church. simple celebration with my family. Unexpected gifts. Heartwarming messages. overwhelming birthday greetings. post-Birthday celebration.  

these are some of the random things that happened on my most awaited Birthday. most waited?, because that was my 20th Birthday and I really had to say goodbye to my teenage years. how time flies, I can't believe I'm already 20,  I feel I'm "Twenteen" haha. :)

I was so overwhelmed and so blessed with all the birthday greetings, surprises, unexpected gifts I've received. I only prayed to God that my birthday would just be a happy one. 
 i never requested to Him what i want to received  and what i want to experienced on my birthday. but God is really good, He just simply knew what i wanted. He simply moved in such a way that would really touch and make my heart happy. He truly knows the deepest desires of my heart.

last Sunday evening my church mates surprise me a simple Birthday celebration. i really don't expected that they planned something for me. each one of them gave me a heartwarming message. I was so touched and so blessed by all their messages. I almost tear up, because of the joy in my heart at that time. 

after the surprise celeb. at church, i had a simple celebration with my family. my mother was the one who cooked the food. we ate and had fun together. 

Thank God for my family, because they are always there for me. 

most of all, I praise and I thank the Lord for making my birthday such an extra special one. every year, He allowed me to experience the unexpected happenings. that's why my heart is full of joy until now. 

now that I'll be facing the new Chapter and stage of my life, I really want to live it to the fullest, serve God more and more, Glorify Him through my acts and words, let people know that Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior, Share His word to the believers and unbelievers,  Pursue my goals, fulfill my ambitions for my family, and live life one step at a time. 

I am who I am now because of the people who taught and encouraged me how to value each and every single detail of my life. To my family who never leaves me. Most especially for my creator and savior who taught me and made me feel the true meaning of life and love. 

20 years of God's Grace and Faithfulness. 

I'm soooo Blessed. 

goodbye July, hello August...

 I can't imagined it is already August. 

I have many expectations for this month (many to mention) :)

well, I'm so excited and so happy because August is really my favorite month. 

guess why?

because this month I will be celebrating my Birthday. 

Every year I'm waiting for this time of my life, 'cause for me it is so important and so special.

I'm also glad to receive greetings and gifts(i wish) from my family and friends.

there are 13 days left before I say goodbye to teenage life and yes, I'll be facing the new chapter of my life. 

sure thing its gonna be fun and full of adventures.

for now, I'll just savor the few days left being a teen.

i think 18th birthday is one of the most awaited milestone of every girl in their lives. 

some says, its the time that a girl become a lady. there are some changes that will happen to her life.

here in the Philippines, it's really a tradition to spend the 18th birthday not the usual birthday celebration.

the whole family really prepared for this event in the girl's life.

but some just celebrate it the usual. 

last week our friend (Maila) celebrated her 18th birthday. 

me and my sis were invited.

my sister and her friend (Ate Cathy) were assigned to be the Masters of the Ceremony.
